Hi, I’m Shalie, and I’m the heart behind this food truck! I’m a proud mom of four, married to my wonderful husband, Nathan. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease, which turned my world around —especially when it came to food. But instead of letting it stop me, I dove into the kitchen and started recreating my favorite dishes, making them gluten-free so I could enjoy them again. However, I still love cooking up “normal” recipes for my family, making sure that everyone gets a taste of something they love. Now, I’m sharing my love for cooking with you, one delicious bite at a time!
